Biography

PYER MOSS

Kerby Jean-Raymond launched Pyer Moss in September 2013 at New York Fashion Week. The New York-based designer takes his knowledge and passion of rugged sports and fuses into his innovative and modern luxury sportswear, what he describes as “futuristic sports- wear.”

Within a year, Pyer Moss has become one of the most buzzed about brands, being worn by fashion influencers including Rihanna, Jared Leto, Rita Ora, Miguel, MS MR and Usher. Prominent global retailers, such as Harvey Nichols, Browns, Joan Shepp and SSENSE, carry the collection.

Pyer Moss is manufactured entirely in New York City.

DESIGNER BIOGRAPHY

Designer, Kerby Jean-Raymond, was born and raised in New York City. He started his career at age 14, working directly under Kay Unger at Kay Unger New York while still attending the High School of Fashion Industries.

At age 16, he moved on to Marchesa when the fledgling label had been launching their first collection. Since then, he has worked for designers such as Marc Jacobs, Victoria Keen and Theory.
